Would having the managerial and budgetary oversight for a $12M business unit of a growing fast-paced Machining Manufacturing company excite you? Oversee Contract Manufacturing for our Medical Device Division where every day’s challenges will present new and challenging opportunities.

The Challenge: You will ultimately be responsible for the growth of the Business Unit and ongoing customer satisfaction. Direct reports in Machining & Manufacturing with Dotted line in supply chain, quality and sales. Identifying and implementing Lean initiatives across the entire value steam will prove essential for this role. Significant upside for career growth – you will be groomed for multi-level advancement.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Requirements:

    • MUST have expertise leading CNC machining operations
  • IDEALLY will have had P&L or Budgetary responsibilities with Customer Interface experience
  • IDEALLY will have expertise in ISO - 13485

She is a creative and natural problem-solver with proven success in developing and implementing new procedures and processes as well as integrating newly acquired subsidiaries.

Paula is Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt), has a Master of Science in business management and a Bachelor of Science in education.
