Our client, a major manufacturer of office equipment, is in need of a Senior Director of Operations Administration. This new position reports directly to the CEO and will span multiple business models and channels.   This is the closest thing to a “Chief of Staff” position that they have and demands a genuine “A” player. It is a critical role with high visibility.

This position will:

  • Support the sales organizations and build sales processes
  • Oversee sales commissions, pricing operations, forecasting for orders to the factory
  • Compile data to provide consolidated reporting and presentations to the CEO

There are teams of operations people in various locations across the US that will report into the successful candidate.  If you have 7-10+ years of corporate-type Operations experience with an administrative specialization, this could be an extremely exciting and rewarding position.
