Location: Sarasota/Bradenton

Are you a Finance Professional that has an interest in Land Development, Real Estate or Construction? This position may be the perfect transition! 

I have a client that is one of Southwest Florida’s top locally owned and operated private home builders with 40+ years’ experience in land development. With annual revenues in excess of $400M+--they offer multiple communities throughout the State with homes typically starting in the mid $200K’s-$600K’s and a custom/luxury division with homes starting at the $900K's.

They are looking for a Project Manager of Land Development in Sarasota, FL. Seeking someone who has a strong financial or banking background in land, construction, or residential and/or commercial real estate hungry to learn more. Training and mentoring available with excellent growth potential.  Responsible for overseeing all land development activities from site engineering through completion—including managing all subcontractors, agency approvals, project budgets, cash flow, maintains control over payments, schedules, bidding work, and assisting team on due diligence for future land purchases.  Position will be 65% in the office overseeing financial controls and 35% overseeing field operations.
