70-year-old custom machine builder based just outside of Green bay is looking to add to their highly motivated long term manufacturing team. This rare opportunity is strictly reserved for career minded, technically sophisticated leader in custom machine assembly, who has a passion for creating non-existent parts for existing large scale machines.

Assemble parts of machine and/or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts using prints.
Safely connect power unit to machines, and test unit to evaluate its mechanical operation.
Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
Assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
Position steel beams to support bedplates of machines and equipment, using blueprints, to determine work procedures.
Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
Integrate subassemblies to main assembly, using hand tools and power tools.
Level bedplate and establish centerline, using straightedge, levels, and transit.
Shrink-fit bushings, sleeves, rings, liners, gears, and wheels to specified assemblies.
Dismantle machinery and equipment for shipment to installation site, usually performing installation and maintenance work as part of team.
Occasionally work on scissor lift or ladder
Light machining skill a plus
Ability to effectively interact directly with customers
May be required to occasionally travel overnight 2-4 weeks total per year.
Able to coordinate assemblies with work team, focused on delivery and accountability.
Must have safe rigging skills (chains and slings)
