Our client is one of Southwest Florida’s top locally owned and operated private homebuilders with 40+ years’ experience in land development. They rank in the top 45 Builders nationwide with annual revenues in excess of $400M+! They offer multiple communities throughout the State with homes typically starting in the mid $200K’s-$600K’s and a custom/luxury division with homes starting at the $900K's.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager in SW FL area to service the South Region. Responsible for managing and implementing all Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising and promotional materials. Analyze current market conditions and trends, write PR material, and review website performance.

 

Qualified candidates must have the following:

  • 3 years' RECENT marketing experience with a new home builder or construction industry
  • 7+ years’ experience in all areas of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, or related
  • Proven results in customer/market research and tech savvy software skills
