Manager of Sales Training, Development and Recruiting 
Location: Boston, MA area

Attention Office Equipment Professional Sales Trainers! 

Our client is a $60M New England area office equipment company, owned and backed by a $13B global parent.   Due to expansion, they are in need of a person to take charge of new hires that have just come from the “corporate boot camp training” and must now acclimate to the field selling environment and become successful sales representatives.

Specifically, they need help with CRM, learning to schedule and make prospecting calls, and set appointments.   They will need guidance and coaching in talk tracks, presentations, and client meeting preparation.  In addition, you will be asked to help identify new talent for employment, screen and schedule interviews for hiring managers, and provide a great onboarding experience for new hires. 

Prior experience in Office Equipment Sales environment is required. 

For the right individual, this can be a challenging and very rewarding position.   Great people and work environment!  The money is good (~$70k) and there is a genuine career track with a very stable company.

After Xerox, Steve worked at two small companies, developing reseller and financial services channels.
