We are representing a world class “on-the-move” $13B company with a desire to acquire more assets and more footprint in the US landscape.  They don’t need a standard “run-of-the-mill” advisor; they need a passionate driver of change! 

You will work to identify, qualify, and provide detailed valuation of potential resellers.  Then you will collaborate directly with the CEO and Senior Financial and Legal Officers to facilitate a decision.  Then you will drive the successful acquisition and support the integration (roll-up) into their corporate structure.

You must be personable, persuasive, willing and able to travel 50%, and to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done.   This has very high-level visibility and represents a long-term rewarding opportunity.

After Xerox, Steve worked at two small companies, developing reseller and financial services channels. Since joining the Morisey-Dart Group, Steve has brought a wealth of industry knowledge, business networking and people skills to bear for clients and candidates alike.
