The Challenge: We need a Machining Engineering Manager who will identify and implement best practices that will maximize all CNC Machining efficiencies and savings. Through providing innovative machining best practices this role will positively impact throughput, quality, minimizing set-up time, reducing cycle time, PM activities, and new automation. Having strong communication abilities to be able to bring together multiple departments and levels of employees while being results oriented and self-driven is absolutely pivotal for this role.
