Design Build Construction Project Manager (Multi-Family/Multi-Use)


Our client, an established and highly-regarded development and design/build firm that specializes in high-end multi-use projects, is looking for an in-house Project Manager that has a Florida General Contractor License and experience in multi-family projects based in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.

The Project Manager position is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all activities relative to various multi-use/multi-family projects from beginning through completion—ensuring projects are completed within budget and on-time. The responsibilities for this role include: project planning and scheduling, resource/materials identification, budget management, coordinating and managing all subcontractors, overseeing and reporting progress, problem solving, and communicating effectively with all management and design/build team members and subcontractors.

Must haves:

- Florida General Contractor License REQUIRED!!
- 5 plus years construction project management with multi-family experience
- Knowledge in all phases of multi-family construction
- 4-year Construction/Engineering degree
- Prior experience/knowledge of construction methods, principles, practices, and building materials
- Proficiency in computer skills and using construction software such as Builder Trend

Salary range dependent on experience
