Construction Managers - Homebuilder
HIGHLY desired, privately-held, semi-custom builder with revenues in excess of $800Mil+, is looking for experienced Field Managers/Superintendents to be based in the South Palm Beach or North Broward county, FL area. They are known as an Employer of Choice with over 40 years’ experience and rank on the “Top 50 List”, closing over 1,200 homes annually!! Semi-custom homes range from $600K-$800K to start.
Compensation and Benefits

- Oversee front, middle, or backend construction phase of semi-custom homes
- Manage construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship while meeting deadlines and budget

- 5+ years of RECENT residential experience with a production or semi-custom builder
- Ability to read blueprints, manage schedule/ trades, ensure quality and safety
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Proficient with computer scheduling and software

Southwest Florida Local Market: This market requires recruiters who understand the nuances of living in SW Florida. She has successfully placed candidates in support positions to senior leadership roles in a variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, legal, banking, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, property management, and not-for-profit.
