Construction Manager

Location: Sarasota/Bradenton area

Due to growth, Southwest Florida’s top locally owned and operated private home builders with 40+ years’ experience in development is looking for experienced Construction Managers in Bradenton and Sarasota. With annual revenues in excess of $400M+--they offer multiple communities throughout the State with homes typically starting in the mid $200K’s-$600K’s and a custom/luxury division with homes starting at the $900K's.

Construction Managers are responsible for supervising all construction site functions for various new home communities—including all day-to-day operations, managing subcontractors, inspection of work/process, ensuring job site safety, and all activities relative to job site efficiency and completion of projects according to specifications.



Qualified candidates must have the following:

• 5+ years' RECENT experience with production OR custom/new home builder 
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or related preferred
• Must pass drug test and background check
