Our client is a desired, "head-turning" privately-held builder with revenues in excess of $930M+. They are a well-respected organization who retains their employees and ranks in the top 40 Builders nationwide!! They have multiple communities throughout the State of Florida with homes in SE FL ranging from $500K-$2Mil range.
They are currently looking for a Commercial Amenities Project Manager experienced in shopping centers, amenities, clubhouses, guardhouses, entry features, etc. This position will oversee and supervise primarily commercial (and possibly some residential) projects – keeping them on-time in a cost-effective manner while managing organization, budgeting, implementation, scheduling—and identifying problems, making recommendations, and taking action to resolve them.
*Must have 8-10 years RECENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience in commercial construction that includes: clubhouses, amenities, etc.(preferably with a homebuilder or land/development organization)
*Experience working in a high volume, production environment required
*Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering highly preferred
