We are looking for individuals with domain expertise.

Civil Construction business development requires a working knowledge of the construction business relating to Highways, Bridges, Roads, Tunnels, or Rail. We are looking for someone that knows the how and why. The role will be to bring new clients to the table desiring to hire top talent. Once the clients are on board, the management of the process falls to the recruitment team and the management of the client remains with the business development person. The ultimate goal is to solve problems for clients that can be solved by employing better people at every level.

To be successful in our business, you must be able to actively engage decision makers. You must be willing to help them eliminate the roadblocks to successful hiring through a consultative approach to human capital management. Understanding the why will lead everyone to the how. This is a sales business that requires constant communication, great time-management, a desire to win, and the ability to celebrate with humility. Every day we change people’s lives and always attempt to make those changes for the better.

Our top people earn over $100K and there is no cap on income. We provide base pay, commissions, healthcare benefits, matching 401K, paid vacation, and holidays. Our office is clean and professional. We do have an office dog that requires a lot of attention.
