World leading aluminum/metal composite manufacturer, is looking for a Architectural Sales Manager for all channel sales within WA, OR, AK, ID, MT and WY. 2016 revenue was $10.8MM looking for someone to take them to $11MM in 2017. In addition to managing multiple reps, this position is directly responsible to aggressively increase market share by developing and managing a network of distributors to promote and sell composite materials into various architectural segment markets. Responsible for market awareness including trade shows, conferences, seminars, association activities. This organization is people driven and takes good care of its employees while focusing on their success--this position has a great team and mentor support!

ROAD WARRIOR - 50-75% travel and frequent non-traditional work hours required

Salary: $90k base + 15-20% bonus +paid expenses

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related) a must
  • 7+ years proven track record of selling in architectural market channels
  • Direct experience relevant to product launching including the placement of strategic distribution channels to ensure competitive product placement
  • Knowledge of competitive bidding, specification building, and solution-based selling experience in the appropriate markets
