We need an Advanced Process Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for the design of new CNC manufacturing lines and the continual modification of existing lines. You should also be able to establish proper operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, programming, and spare fixture engineering, for all plant production equipment as well as plant infrastructure and facilities. This function also provides direct technical support for the production department to improve the overall performance of the production facility by: Developing Technician effectiveness with on-the-job training, spare parts availability, implementing continual improvement projects, and supporting production. In addition, the function provides project management for all product programs.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST have experience in designing a CNC manufacturing line or leading a major redesign.
  • MUST have experience working within a high-volume CNC machining facility or worked for an automation/integrations company
  • MUST be proficient in all areas of the CNC and Machining field
  • MUST have a stable work history with progressive advancement
  • MUST have program/plant startup experience
  • MUST have advanced robotic and automation systems experience
  • MUST have a BS in Engineering

Paula is Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt), has a Master of Science in business management and a Bachelor of Science in education.
