Semi-custom, privately-held home builder with a proven track record in South Palm Beach county is looking for an Accountant --this is a very entrepreneurial atmosphere with growth opportunity.

Core responsibilities include: general day-to-day financial management (maintaining a system of accounting records, accounts receivable/payable, conducting internal audits to assess financial status), strong with general ledger, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, monitor financial reports, prepare forecasts, track loans, maintain credit lines, review project option budgets/pricing--ALSO HR/on-boarding functions and office management are a PLUS!

Background in Homebuilding, Developer/Construction a HUGE PLUS!!!!


The ideal candidate must have:
* 5+ years RECENT Accounting experience within the Construction industry - Cost accounting is a MUST
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferable

* Excellent communications’ skills

Salary: $60-70K + potential bonus. 100% paid medical & dental and 401K match.
